It’s not just for looks, or to protect your floors – long, unkempt nails can do serious damage to your dog. When nails grow long and they touch the ground, they exert force back into the nail bed, creating pain for the dog and pressure on the toe joint. Over time, this can realign the joints of the foreleg and make the foot looked flattened and splayed.
Most dogs do not like their nails trimmed. They may have had a bad experience or not had their nails trimmed at all. It takes skill and patience to trim dogs nails. At Mad About Paws, we treat your dog like our own, making sure they are comfortable so they have a positive experience.

Dental and periodontal disease is the #1 health problem for dogs. 80% of all dogs over the age of 3 suffer from periodontitis, the inflammation of the gums due to tartar build up.
A stress-free way to clean your dogs teeth without anaesthesia. We use an ultrasound toothbrush which removes tartar and destroys bacteria under the gum lines.
The toothbrush cleans with oscillations – 60,000 per minute removing plaque and tartar. It reaches deep into gum pockets to destroy bacteria and improves blood circulation.
Wash & Dry
Does your dog need a bath? We can wash & dry them in our salon.
We will even give them a massage during their bath to relax them and so they enjoy their bath.
